3This is the training certification for corporate trainers who will purchase materials from SalesManage Solutions and then train managers or salespeople in their companies to recruit, on-board, or coach salespeople.

Certified Trainer + Advisor4 $2,995

Recruit The Best™ is a nationally-known sales recruiting system. This certification comes with a digital badge, suitable for placement on LinkedIn and elsewhere. It also comes with a certificate and an (optional) plaque. Certified Trainer / Advisers may sell assessments, training and materials across organizations. Generous commissions are offered on assessments and materials sold.

4This is for Certified Advisors who have also attended Train-the-Trainer or any of our sales culture improvement certification programs and become certified to train multiple people within their client’s companies. They purchase training materials from SalesManage Solutions at wholesale and bill their clients for the facilitation and retail pricing of materials.

Certified Advisors and Trainers also pay an annual licensing and support fee. They are licensed to sell the training programs receive commissions on materials, assessments, and other SMS products, and charge a set fee for hosting training sessions.
