  1. Conscientiousness (Character & Motivation): Evaluating the candidate’s drive and reliability.
  2. Personal Presence: Assessing communication skills, professionalism, and charisma.
  3. Personality Traits & Cognitive Levels: Measuring traits that align with high performance in sales roles.
  4. Past Experience: Reviewing relevant background and achievements.
This holistic approach ensures smarter hiring decisions and increased confidence in selecting the right fit for your team.

How Does It Work?

Getting started is simple! When you log into your CTS Sales Profile Dashboard, you’ll find the new Hiring Checklist feature under the “Action” column for candidates with a “Completed Profile.”

Here’s how it works:

  • 4 Decision Areas: Each critical area includes:
    • A “Learn More” button with videos or detailed descriptions for deeper insights.
    • An “Edit Score” button to make scoring intuitive and efficient.
  • Team Collaboration: Once you’ve scored a candidate, your team members can review and add their evaluations. This feature includes a safeguard—if even one team member advises against hiring, the candidate will not move forward.
